Luminari Maverick based on  LunarKeys 's heavy weapons character Dragomir. (hope i got the name right, otherwise someone stole the wrong vile of DNA) -I kinda wanna see this guy as a playable sprite, cause his tail would have to go off the screen, so it'd look weird but neat just to see this lanky guy maneuver around.

You Got... Arctic Seeker! Water Type
Multipurpose weapon- normal shot fires a small heatseeking torpedo from the side of the buster. It uses a concussion/bubble explosion, which is effective against Fire. However, outside water, the explosive only plops out, bounces, and explodes at your feet- cause torpedo don't fly very well.
Charge shot creates a heat seeking snakelike Ice Dragon, which does freezing damage, and can be used as a temporary platform, for hard to reach jumps.
