The beauty of this is that, had you just posted the image on the right, I could have easily mistaken for being a more rounded, cartoony Winnie the Pooh-like kanganatomy as opposed to vore. . .

Which, intentional or accidental, fits her character perfectly. Deva's a protector by nature -- when she swallows someone, its for the purpose of hiding, protecting and/or transporting them discretely. So her not having a vore bulge that is not immediately recognizable as a vore bulge is completely appropriate for both her backstory and personality.
