New character I made yesterday. I initially was thinking about possibly making an adopt, simply because I felt like fucking around with designs but didn't think I would end up getting attached. However this kind of combines a lot of things I personally like a lot, so I decided to keep them.

This character is genderless and their name is Velleity.

I also really like the style - it's a painterly flat-color, I'd like doing that again sometime. Even though it took forever. lD
