Oh dear, if out property becomes too large to move, we will count that as renting him out for longer periods. Don't worry, though, in the case of becoming a helpless fatty, the rental rate is much, much lower, and we provide diaper changes until he can move again. Assuming you aren't feeding into his greed on purpose...
On purpose? *gasps* Perish the thought! Nonono I mearly feed the little fatty everything he needs to stay nice and stationary...healthy...that's what I meant...ANYWAY I thank you so much for providing the diaper changes, and I'll be more than happy to pay what's necessary for the case of this adorable cutie pie helpless fatty.
