As for the movie...I'll have to watch it again and stare hard... If I would guess, in Annabelle's record book when he was looking for Charlie's "good deeds" which was slim to none. ^^

Its in her Record Book when she's looking over Charlie's life as well as his family lineage; its towards the bottom left corner of the page on the left when Charlie tries to get into verbally with Annabelle that he's not meant to be dead. That he was more or less double crossed by Carface

Awesome rendition of him. And ya. it is tricky to see but he is shown in the movie.

Anyway. great job on him. love the expression too.

Oh, in Charlie's section of the book that Annabelle is looking through! Bert's picture is shown along with Charlie's mother, Loni who is based off of Loni Anderson, Bert's significant lover at the time. She also plays the voice of Flo...which is a nice touch :3

But as for your rendition of Bert, so wonderful! Definitely makes it obvious to see where Charlie got his quirky, mischievous side. In the movie, didn't Bert have a monocle though? Could be my eyes playing tricks on me, however. Anyways, love your interpretation or Mr. Barkin :3

I've never seen anyone attempt something like this for ADGTH; this is a really neat idea to draw up the Father for Charlie; one thing I didn't realize was the connection between the voices for the particular characters and the name of Charlie's parents in the Record Book.

And here's a fun fact for you guys; if you've seen ADGTH 2, Charlie is voiced by the comic actor: Charlie Sheen; can you say coincidence? XD

then again, in the first balto film (there was 3, the other 2 were direct-to-dvd and not very well promoted)
i thought steele was voiced by Dennis Leary, but, he wasn't
