Had the linework already done on him before my black marker died, so I decided to finish it. Quite pleased how Leon turned out on this one, made him some kind of stealth suit which means he can make himself invisible and take spy missions on himself, think it suits him pretty well for his mercyless attitude. He also carries a couple of stun grenades, an electric shock beam knife and a posion beam gun.
The spikes would act as receptors for him to camouflage, but he can also use them to stab enemies. Added a holographic visor on his head just like Falco´s one, but his is blue instead of red.
Also remade his personal ship the Rainbow Delta by addng some more wings on it, and relocating/replacing the weaponry.
