The old degrated photo layer you put on top is a bit of an okay touch, I think that whole aged film fad is kinda over, damn micronians. Anyway, the hair needs a bit more volume and I think the line work on the cloth wrinkles needed a bit more work before you colored. I know you felt like you had to emphasize detail all over this picture, but the ears could have taken a more passive role and you could have done a better job of shading along the jawline, I could do some red lines for you if you wanted.
