I was playing World of Warcraft when I came across what I thought to be as the most disturbing item in the game.

GOBLIN JUMPER CABLES

In the game it revives people with the possibility to fail (I think it's about a 30% failure rate or something). Only those with the engineering profession can use these.

However the idea of this item got me to think..."If it's a jumper cable, what does it attach to?" Then my imagination came up with the most disturbing image it could come up with (a hairy dwarf attaching gator clips to himself). However I found it so funny I drew it out, coloured it and then put it up to disturb everyone else.
