This piece came to me when i was visiting parts of Michigan, in attendance to my best friend’s wedding, I was given the Grand honor of being his Best Man.
upon arrival to the great lakes, i stayed the first night of my travels in the home of the bride’s mother, sometime around 1:30 in the morning boredom took over so I stepped out to look upon the clear night sky of a new land, to my surprise I was blessed to have witnessed a sight of magnificent natural splendor, the moon was shining brightly reflecting it's mystical beauty upon the water’s surface, a tall and proud willow tree rested along the lakes edge swaying with the evening breeze, and all around the shimmering glow of electric blue fire flies dancing about to natures own soft spoken tune. My god the sight was breath taking, so much wonder in this land, so much natural magic and beauty, and it sits just under our muzzles. And yet so often we hardly bare the opportunity to witness it or even notice it, and more often than not we lose it, even destroy it…*sigh* no matter, such instances only make such moments that much more rare and wonderful when they occur.
