Yes, that link takes you to a creature I made in Spore. Game is entertaining when you exploit it like this. Let me point out, no hacks have been made to it so is totally doable =P
I enjoyed playing with lights, colors, patterns and everything else my creation in spore could offer. Translating the parts and body to the pencil and then to the digital version wasn't all that easy. I love the shiny effect I managed to pull here. Blending colors was very simple even! had to draw in different layers but the extra effort and extra drawing was well worth it.
I like my creature this much >w<... also, their God is clearly not the most innocent kind... but hey, I actually made sure they followed a nice path of balance in the universe: Ecologist!

here's the fun part. I did use the yumsticks but in order to create the butt effect you have to do a small odd trick... add limbs to the spine, near the tail and make them "hang." The "shoulders" of said limbs you added have to be above the spine but close to the rear side. Now, this part takes a LOT OF PATIENCE! keep them facing down and put them close to the rear of the legs. The limbs might try to join as part of the programming of spore, we don't want that to happen. The "wrists" need to be apart and so the "elbows"
If this is done correctly, you can increase the size the wrists to almost a sphere shape. This will create the butt of our creature. Using an extra set of limbs is not required for butt, but it looks amazing if you manage to pull this one off :P

years ago it was my most-played game. I loved making creatures and always felt it had so much potential. Is pretty sad that EA did look at the money more than letting the developers go all out with it... You can tell the developers really wanted to make more than it is right now.
