Next up in the profile set is General Tomei, the heavy-set General of Domestic Affairs. A cheerful, and optimistic chap. As mentioned about him before, when I made his first pic, you'll usually find him walking around and interacting with the locals, and never shy to sample some of the dishes they have to offer.
Name: Tomei
Type: Plains Dragon
Age: 40
Orientation: Gay
Tomei was born into nobility from a merchant family, being the youngest of five children. Growing up, he would constantly overhear discussions with his father about some of the problems the company had, esspecially when it came to it's workers. Problems would usually range from shipping delays to incompetency, and the usual action his father would take would be harsh. Many a discussion, the young Tomei would listen in, and wonder that there had to be a better way to fix some of those problems. However, he was never in any position to pitch any business solutions. As the years passed, the oldest siblings inherited managing the business. Tomei lost his chance to affect the outcome of the family business, however he would use his family's influence to attend Rustona Institute in the field of law. He would create a law firm based in the town of Follenvale, and work for the betterment of the people in lieu of just the business. Yet, he still aimed higher. Every year, he would apply for the judgeship, but every year, he would be rejected.
His big break would come around the age of 30 when the former King of Valden would grant him a temporary judgeship to settle a major land dispute between a major business expansion, and several residencies. The case became more heated after it turned out the current judge was involved in illicit dealings regarding the case. This would turn out to be one of Tomei's crowning achievements. Although a little clumsy at first, the trial wasted no time becoming heated again, strecthing on for nearly two weeks. Tomei would not be moved by the business' further attempts to sway the trial yet again no matter how aggressive their threats got. In the end, he would find in favor of the residencies, and report his own greivences back to the King when the actions of this company became known. In the outcome of the trial, Tomei became a local hero among the residencies of Follenvale, and word of his role in the case began to spread. This new reputation would later be instrumental in being granted a more permenant judgeship. Over the next few years, he would actively take on yet more cases that became too heated for most.
When the former King passed, and Drake came to power, he would discover Tomei and his reputation. The two began to hit it off right away, and when offered the chance to gain the title of General in King Drake's new circle, he eagerly accepted. Now, Tomei's role has become a little more hands on than before. He personally ventures out for a number of tasks, becoming an integral part in his community.
So that's Tomei's story. I'm beginning to get into exponentially more detail on the backstories as these profiles pop up, aren't I? I'll try to keep them a little more basic with later installments. Next up, I'm planning on making the profile for General Baron. The idea is to get stuff out for the characters who do not have anything for them yet before getting to the characters who we already know about. Look forward to it.
Also, if it helps to give some context to some of the locales stated, I do have a map to refer to if you'd like on page 1 of F&E: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12984097/

Same here. *looks over at his design* He's so earnest, he works hard at what he does, and his physique is... highly... desirable. He's overweight, but he's not overblown like how I see fat/inflation fetish art, but he's rather realistic- a tangible body frame that someone IRL could plausibly have, and that is what makes it hot to me. And he looks so jolly, too! I don't care how much older he is than me, my heart swoons for him already... I... I think I'm in love...

Yup. Not having wings is a major trait of Plains Region Dragons. When you live on the open land, compared to mountains, you'd think nature would say over time, "What's the point of needing them?". They wouldn't have much use for them on the plains compared to in the mountains or out in the cold, where you could be used for warmth.
