For as long as she can remember Shadow has had a strange fascination with humanity, and the human realm they called Earth. This fact has branded her as somewhat of an outcast among her own kind who care not for their prey beyond the rush they get from frightening them in the night. One night early in her youthful career as a Nightstalker, she runs across Timothy Newton and in him finds the perfect outlet for her desires.
