tenderpaws at the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin.This pic was taken about 10am on the Monday morning after Eurofurence. There were already quite a few tourists around so it was impossible to get a pic of just the bear and the gate. Of the several shots I took, this was about the least crowded one.
We were initially worried that the police might ask us to leave, but they looked right at us and didn't seem to mind.

the only point why the police ignoring you is that you no street artist was and not take money from the tourist.
Many place how the Brandenburger Gate it is prohibited for street artists to perform and take money from people or tourist.
Shoot a few photos in this places is acceptable.

This is great! I'm so happy that the police did not harrass you or chase you out of Brandenburg Gate.
