It's just the paintbrush, standard round brush, varying sizes, 100% hardness I think. My opacity jitter is set to pen pressure, and I think occasionally (specifically for hair and tail) I would also set the size jitter to pen pressure too.

Nah, one's the Ankh, which is like the Egyptian symbol for life or something, and the other one, (the one that looks like the fish, but is actually turned on it's side, so the tail points down) is the Egyptian symbol for eternity... I think. My information comes second hand, so I don't even know if I drew it right, but that's how it was described to me.
