Robotic limbs come in handy, of course, but they can't hold a claw against the more personal touch of a flesh and bone torturer. One who can improvise, gauge your reactions, and even mock you for being a little ticklish fox cub.
Poor fox would agree, but all he seems to be able to do right now is laugh out a few muzzled shouts.

Expressions are one of the most important part of tickle pics. Unfortunately, most artists seem to forget you can expose a lot of the character's emotions with their body language, such as wiggling toes and wrists pulling against restraints and such. At least a few get it right.
Some of the lizard interrogators questioned the practicality of interrogating a prisoner who's gagged. Then again, they're not paid enough to care. And tormenting him is fun. And he can still moan, so the gag isn't stopping all communication. He'll probably talk once he's been tickled enough. A few weeks should do it.
