Here are my budget Incubi for my Dark Eldar.

I mean...For $50, I got a box of ten. For the same price, I'd get five Finecast pieces of ass :V

I think these are honestly better, this is a seriously good idea. I always wanted to get into Dark eldar but holy shit expensive finecast

Yeah, both kinds of eldar really got fucked by finecast :I HALF their goddamn forces are finecast.

trust me, I know all too well. I got a box of incubi and upon opening it I was confused, I didn't think the game store sold swiss cheese.

God, Finecast is so ugly too :I And it's expensive, and you can't customize it worth a damn, nor switch weapons without just destroying the model.

I've had some success with customizing finecast but you have to use a pretty much brand new X-acto knife blade and be really really careful.

I have to agree with you that finecast is pretty terrible for the eldar. They're just too delicate to hold up in finecast.

Especially the poor dark eldar, who use spikes and struts for EVERYTHING in their models :I Shit breaks if you just look at it too hard...

Ah, ok x3 I personally go with kabals, plus the occasional haemonculus and his cadre. Also, nice work :3 Flesh tones are hard as hell to get right

Thanks. I am kinda proud of them, even though only half of them are actually painted.

Normally I would have gone for a kabal as well but when I saw the new mini for Lelith I knew I had to make a wych cult :)

I think I just like how kabals look. Besides, I've steamrolled an entire table with an archon with incubi escort, plus some harlequins.

Fucking amazing how much ass those clowns can kick sometimes...

That is quite true. And I was a little tempted to add some but I'm never painting those again. I painted a troupe of 10 when I was working at the local GW store and while they came out real nice... never again :P

Yeah...I was going to make my own :I I bought some cool "succubi" models from a third-party developer, and so I'm painting them in sort of harlequin colors, but I'm dreading having to paint my actual harlequins.

Raging Heroes Blood Vestals. I'm customizing up a Shadowsweer and troupe leader (because no one brings the tears like a Shadowseer...what with that whole Veil of Tears thing), and I'm giving them sort of clowny face paint and super colorful armor :3
