I'll post this just to fill out the row. The drawing is to commemorate the 100th. mailing of Rowrbrazzle, the original furry apa. It feels more like a 100 years... Jed Martinez seems to feel a duty to get old members (who've long since dropped out) to contribute to these milestones. I said I would but it would be the last time. I dropped out of 'Brazzle in the early 30's.
The drawing is much too good to be shrunk to a quarter pages size and buried with a mixed lot of good and bad cartoons. So when I've scanned the finished art I'll erase the 'Brazzle specific dialog balloon and likely colour the art for more high profile use. An SF fanzine not yet chosen, no doubt.
At this point more of the art has been finished than appears in this scan. But I thought I'd post the earlier scan, since it shows my working methods a little more fully.

I've been developing a looser style in composing a piece, but I usually firm up the loose sketch, erasing the unwanted lines, rather than starting over with a fresh sheet. Some drawings take more construction work than others too. Others go together without much foresight or experimentation.
