I figured when I was doing this guy, I needed to make it a little silly, at first I thought Maybe I should paint a pair of twin axes on his chest and gut, similar to a character from the fantastic martial arts comedy Kung Fu Hustle. Then I thought I might paint his face up like a clown, but in the end I just decided to give him a big "Mom" tattoo on his arm which I did with something I found at a craft store called Paint Pens [markers filled with acrylic paint ]
