I always said that Vinden looked more like a barbarian than a sorcerer, and wouldn't you know it, the Advanced Class Guide released a base class that fuses the sorcerer and barbarian classes. Now he's a sorcerer with a bit of bloodrager, able to wield spell and sword (though not at the same time. That's magus territory and Corthus wouldn't like having his job infringed upon).

Well, I mean, I'm not saying he was noble as noble as a knight, he uses both magic and swordsmanship to counter his foes, only pulling out magic when he is in danger, just like how in naruto, they pull out their super secret jutsu just before they get defeated/hurt and the battle goes on for another 2 episodes trying to get around that jutsu. Great comparison, I know :p
