After months of thought, I have finally resigned Velvets non-mlp form. I wanted her to be able to go on land and on sea with the minimal change to her physical form. So without further adieuI present her Crab Form.

In comparision to her mlp form, she is actually no longer a pony. She is the same body as her Shark Form with literally no changes in bone structure. When When her gills dry out and she starts to use her lungs, she should be on a beach or shallow area. Her skin will start to dry out as she crawls out of the water. Due to this her skin and skins beings to shrink thus pulling her body into a more compress state. This more compressed state allows for her to more easily travel on land as a crab. In places, her skin and fat begins to fold over other skin, giving her a more lobster like appearance. She has all of the features as her Shark Form with the new fins, claws and head design. She is nearly half as long in her Crab form as her Shark form
