Make him cobalt blue, with bright yellow scales, beak, and eyes.

But with bright orange tips on his ears and on the tips of his wings.

I like the cobalt blue... perhaps some orange stripes as accents around the upper arms and legs as well. And he doesn't really have a 'beak', just a furry muzzle that's shaped beaklike.
