antelope and western was hal wilmunder's neon sign shop's back yard, located in antelope, which is at the west end of the yards in roseville, california. which was before starting the camino, cable, and northern project. i remember he had a big flatbed with a really hefty stinger crane on it. might be what he brought it home from the brick yard with. i think i had just started high school at the time. i was still in high school when i joined the sierra mountain railroad club, of which hal willmunder and ken yeo were among the founding directors.
