Dragonball GT ripping off Sonic X would be rather difficult to do, considering Dragonball GT was 1996 while Sonic X was 2003. Either that, or someone's been messing with the deLorean again.

Well they have written out of the current dragonball media, what with the new movieand all , though if you ask me, the best stuff happening with dragonball is DBZ abridged x3, it's better than canon, it's maaggiiiccaaalll

I am still trying to figure out the retcon stuff, apparently from what I have gathered Battle of godz happens after the defeat of kid buu and before goku meets uub so if they do continue Z that means GT will be retconned?

I am still waiting for some one to give me legit evidence of this because GT really did suck.

GT is not canon, I really think people give it too much hate, but it still isn't canon, since Akira Toriyama didn't write it, or even approve of it existing.
The movie however, had to get an OK from Toriyama, so if people tell you those aren't canon, they're just being your average ignorant DBZ fan.
Boy this fanbase.... =_____= ... I love DBZ, but the community around it is just awful most of the time.

well not to say it was too bad it just felt like there wasn't any heart in it, thats what I didn't like about it.

I honestly think that it GT had been made into a new series with no ties to Dragon Ball, it would have been great.

I guess I'm in the minority. I really liked dbgt, the Japanese version anyway that kept the original music though.
