Although Rabbi-Tom has a site in "Fur Affinity", and a current webcomic ("West Corner of the Park"), I will best remember him for his work on the comic book "Red Shetland" - a parody of "Red Sonja" - which he'd co-created with Richard Konkle.

During the early 1990s, I first got acquainted with him through a series of 'snail-mailed' letters, including an occasional handmade greeting card for his birthday. The following image - depicting 'Red Shetland' in a spoof of James Thurber's famous "Touche!" cartoon - was on the cover of a belated birthday card; the message on the inside of it read, "Sorry I'd missed your birthday... I guess I'd lost my head!"
