*giggles* This is a stream commission by  rhari of Charlie as a padded Pokemon trainer holding an Umbreon plushie.

Everyone knows you have to be 10 before you can have a Pokemon. But how do you explain all those preschoolers outside the daycare or along the road to Santalune City. :P If age doesn't matter, why not be in day care and train Pokemon? Besides, Charlie's already got an Umbreon plushie and a Pokeball to practice with. Makes you look quite cute in front of the girly preschoolers wanting to also be Pokemon trainers.

Charlie's wish - Pokemon and kit day care was under one and the same roof. Why separate pokemon from the kid when everyone grows up together with Pokemon. In fact his caretaker caught him a few times snuggled up to some Eevee and Arcanine (though they wonder how he can cuddle that close without getting hurt - it's like he's just another pup to them). You'd think they realized Charlie might be a natural as a Pokemon trainer but I guess not...unless one of the Eevee wander into the other daycare and curls up around Charlie for naptime.

(To be honest - an Umbreon would probably be pretty close to the species I would choose as a Pokesona).
