Plugged Into Imagination! (Commission)
So here's a fun little piece for 
digitz! Haven't drawn the cute and cool babby burr for a while, so I was pretty happy when he commissioned me. So, Digitz really liked one of my earlier commissions for another fur, and he wanted one that had a similar theme to it, except he wanted Alioth in there with him. So he's playing his little flight simulator while Alioth sits nearby, looking over his pre-flight briefing and offering the bear the occasional pointer on his flying technique.
We all know, though, that in the babybear's mind, he's soaring above the clouds at mach 2, off to keep the peace. Maybe Al's in the other plane ;)

Yay Ali it's awesome!
My favorite part is actually the small detail of your paw on my shoulder. It just looks very fatherly and supportive, and I think it adds to the coziness of the piece. But I also love the teddy, sleeper and paci, the facial expressions are great, and it's really cool seeing me fantasizing about being a real pilot! I like seeing myself in pilot form, I've never had that before.

Thanks buddy :) I'm glad you like it - I wanted that affectionate/paternal look in there, and the paw on the shoulder was the best way I could think to do it, making it look relaxed. Also, I'm glad you like the pilot stuff ;) I wasn't sure how well those F-18s would turn out - they're stupidly complex - but if you like it, I'm happy with it! <3

I have the X52. FSX is great, but now outdated. X Plane is pretty great... But I'm into combat flight sims.

Well the last versions of falcon are good, especially modded, but nothing beats DCS really. They got the slightiest thing simulated, you can expect the guys who have 10K hours of flying the A10 to be able to fly one IRL in any scenario (as far as physical condition isn't taken in account, I suppose.)
