Ah. I'm sorta guessing they may limit Groot's powers a bit in the movie... or, they may show them as he discovers he has them... since they sorta went that direction already.

Ah. I don't think those abilities are really all that spoiler-ish. What happens to him at the end is more like... the whole caterpillar/butterfly sort of thing... except with no wings.
