HEY ALL THOSE GOING TO RAINFURREST!!

I found some cute little bottles at the store and immediately thought there was something I might be able to do with them.
This little guy is my prototype and he has been helping me figure out a few things (mostly how to keep him standing) but I think I've got enough of an idea to try selling these if people are interested.

I have enough bottles to make 13 of these.
Each will come corked and with a lanyard/bottle knot (rainbow neon seen here but have red, black, neon yellow and blue available as well)
Character inside can be either one of your own or a similar little dragon to my helper.
Each will be drawn and colored by hand on REAL paper.
Bottom will have a piece of felt cut to fit.

Now the important part..
These will go for $10 USD with free delivery for those going to Rainfurrest.
If you wish it shipped it will be an extra $3 for those in the US and I will have to look up for any shipping outside the US. (with the possibility of not being able to ship)
