Evolves from Troubleclef at level 21.
It sings to the moon on clear nights. When several of these Pokemon gather, they compete to see who can sing the loudest.

Catzenjammer - The Dischordant Pokemon
(Fairy/Dark)
Evolves from Fortissimeow at level 53.
With its enchanted baton, it can command its comrades to its whims. It’s domineering voice can be heard from up to 10 miles away.

Recently lost my job (fucking hooray), and I've been in sort of a slump lately, so tonight I made myself work on something. I conceptualized these guys about a month or so ago, but never made finished artwork of them. So, that might be a start. If I can't draw anything else, I can always draw Pokemon.
