Culerro packed for business in the east. It's a long journey but Louis and him are well traveled and know how to survive off of what little the land has to offer them. All Culerro needs are his trusty tan short, paws covers, shemagh, and his pack full of tools. His reptile-like scales mean he does not burn from the sun and needs little sun protection from it. His shemagh is there to protect his airways of dust in case of a sand or dust storm. Then his favorite pair of paw covers to protect the part of his feet without padding from the extreme desert environment, plus he thinks they look cool!
For the most part I am fairly happy with this picture. I know the pose is very very generic, but it feels like I haven't drawn in forever so I was not feeling ambitious. His face also looks a bit too "puppy," I think because his muzzle is shorter than I typically draw. Anyway, enjoy my blue dude.

I think the "puppy" is in the eyes. Look at your icon, the eyes are more narrow and focused. Here, they are rounder and appear innocent and a bit uncertain. I'm really anal about the smallest difference in line shape when I draw eyes because the smallest difference in shape can change the whole face.
Kind of like GTHusky, your digital drawings have a bit of a hand-drawn quality to their line work (perhaps because they are?) which makes them a little more pleasant to me, as I much prefer traditional to digital.
