I make it a point to find him nifty (manly) turtle necklaces as random gifts. I found a neat tribal turtle pendant in the Smithsonian Native American museum, and on the reverse side it said "patience." It turns out that in certain tribes, the turtle represents patience. And I realized... this suits him perfectly. Without vast amounts of patience, a turtle would find life unbearable. And without it, my husband would not be able to stand being married to me :P

Also, decided not to depict myself gravid in this. But I am, still. Massively and farcically so.
