XD I honestly don't know who drew this, but thank you anonymous for drawing this! These three Pokémon are my absolute favorites (Legendaries dont count), and seeing them fattened up all at the same time in this pic makes me want to explode with joy and gratitude.
I'll let you guys know if I find the drawer's identity (unless they want to stay anonymous). Words cannot describe my joy!
And yes, that Glaceon is a male. Way to stereotype Pokémon genders.
