Nuvynuts are a class of weather fea.
They can control the weather to some degree, it all depends on how old and powerful they are. Wings form from their hair and this where their powers come from (think Samson), so they never ever cut their hair. Old Nuvynuts have long hair and big powerful wings that, if big enuf, can allow them to fly.
They also posses, what they call "Cloud Gems" which, as their names suggest, they make clouds. They can have from 2 to 10 gems on their bodies. When a Nuvynut gets troubled or mad clouds begin forming from these gems. The amount of clouds depend on how powerful the Nuvynut in question is.
Clouds can vary depending on their moods. Normally these outrages will only affect those close by but really powerful Nuvynut can also affect the weather outside.
If worried or troubled grey-ish clouds will surround them.
If they are sad, grey clouds will form all around and will start raining.
If mad they can cause raging thunderstorms.
And if no clouds at all, well it'll be a sunny day.
