There was one point at which I developed a fan-faction for Warhammer 40,000 called the United Liberate Republic (ULR) - a backwater collective with hyper-advanced technology (close to, if not on par with the Necrons), consisting of humans, sangheili (I was going for a Halo timeline merge), chotek (pretty much the 40k version of Fantasy Lizardmen skinks), and this race of 2.5m tall four-eyed anthro dragons with sangheili hands.

Out of all the primary four races of the collective, the draci are actually the youngest - their recorded history starts during the human Renaissance period, and they advanced faster than we did technologically (the Tau still hold the record for the fastest rate of technological development though).

Anyway, here we have a draci warrior stepping on the slagged remains of a chaos space marine affiliated with the Black Legion.
