The character development of Baron Clemence can be read here: http://keto-galin.livejournal.com/70398.html
That link contains descriptions and thought processes of the creation of Baron Clemence, as well as the links to the two videos.

Very interesting. I will read more when I have killed the most annoying fly I've ever been harassed by. What is up with flies, why do they always have to WALK on you? Is it an obsession they have? They are willing to sacrifice their life just to take a little trip on your skin. If I get it I'll squish it with my thumb and laugh hysterical.
Baron Clemence, he's like a possessed painting. You can't stop look at him, and it triggers something in you. You don't know what, but you know you like it. In a supernatural way.

Very interesting, game quality stuff you have there. Looks like a skin mod, did you have to make your own biped skeleton or just use one of the default ones and make it work for you? I see his arms clip into his body sometimes had the same problem with this model: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lw2eU9NU3qQ
Eventually got it fixed by screwing with vertex tables for hours and selection tools but worked out good for such a wide range of animations. Anywho..I digress, lots to see in that video in terms of animation skill (and patience).
