well my poke-cannon they do have them however to trainers there aren't that noticeable unless there like hyaven's eyes where they are black other sableye have them in a lighter color then the gem color for the eye's pupil
i do know Vi has some sableye oc's they do have pupils and i think if i remember right vi said
if they didn't have pupils they would look kinda creepy which i would have to agree
i would say by my stand point it also help telling where they are looking or what they are looking at
if you want any info on why vi's sableye oc's have pupil and anything related to it your best off asking vi i do know some info on why they do but not all of it
