My first attempt at making something look like anime screenshot. My line quality needs to be thinner for it to be more convincing, but I'm pretty happy with the rest of it.

Savvy, gal. This is really brilliant. It's pretty cool that you're incorporating your man-person in this. I find the idea of this moment happening irl to be humorous with the whole looking back at each other in the mirror and the tiger tooth brush holder; which sounds rad btw. I know you said you were going for the anime look, but I think you got pretty well actually. It's not so much the thick outlining I was looking at the first time, it was the unsaturated colors in the background that gave it that look. You might have just colored it that way because it was a mirror reflection, but still. That and also the text at the bottom made me thing of subtitles.

Maybe I'll take you a pic of my toothbrush holder, hahah. I think it'd be fun to draw other scenes from him visiting and me visiting there in turn. I'm glad you like it! It pained me to use comic sans, but so many subtitles used in slice-of-life animu use it that it suited my purpose really well.
