In a post apocalyptic world, Scrapz is a engineer and a damn good one. He lives by killing raiders and eating there corpses. He's got a disease that makes him very, very skinny. He's very good in a gun fight. He uses one weapon, his trusty custom colt .95 custom action. His clothing is raggedy and worn. He wears a special type of goggles that protect his eyes from the sun.
