Well if you are actually interested in the canon, it is open to characters from other folks/furs implemented into the setting albeit they'd need to be depicted in a manner to fit within the world I've been creating. x3
Kinda like being an actor on a TV series, in that the character's true OC and canon belongs to the owner but how they are portrayed and behave in my fictional universe is dependent on how they're implemented into the setting. x3 I've got a few folks already on-board with this idea, one character of which would be Colonel Pozoy. He's in a few of my commissioned and self drawn pieces.
