Backstory: This Celebi was once friends with Amelia, the Mew who brought Trak into the Pokemon world. Until a day came when she approached Arceus about possibly making machines to aid in the deities duties. Arceus was outraged by this idea taking it as she thought that they weren't able to handle what they were doing and banished her from his sight. Angry about how Arceus reacted, Amelia said a few wrong words to Glace which pushed her over the edge. She then left, and wasn't seen from for awhile. When in actuality she was planning out how to use Garith, Amelia's brother who wishes to take hold of the world, to prove that science and technology can even aid the deities if given the chance and the right builder...
