I actually just downloaded a couple of free halftone brushes from the internet :> I googled "halftone brush photoshop" and downloaded the first few that came up :D They're all kinda the same.
None of them are ideal, they're pretty difficult to use effectively--but if your patient, they produce some fun effects :]
