Unfortunately for Rex late in her life it was discovered that she spoke to statues. Whether or not they partook of a two way conversation or not is up for debate. If so Rex was the only one who ever heard the replies from her Chiseled companions. In particular she speaks in conversations to a small statue of a shark dragon she calls Urukelekona, named after the ancient Dragon god of the same name. She believed she spoke to him through the statue.

But without any evidence besides the apparent one-way conversations Rex had with the statue, many believe the poor old girl went batty in her old age.
