Jes staring at it... The glossy/wet skin look of it... the eyes look as real as it can for a charcoal paint job... My my... It does look great.

If I had to give any critical feedback (only for the sake of helping you improve) it would be there are a few spots where there should be more distinction between lines. Specifically the front of its lips and his forefeet. The edges between the lines that differentiate the parts (in the case of the lips, from eachother, and in the case of the feet, from the background) there should be a little more contrast to define them as separate parts. Your lighting and shadows are excellent.
