As a matter of fact, it can. Both are in the Field type for eggs. I highly doubt that Galileo's character specifically is meant to be one of the run-of-the-mill Pokesonas you typically see. |D Can't fault him for at least creating some uniqueness to his character, nor complain about him having different colors to represent the aspects of the unique trait. ;P
