Well, it's on the Telnet, but close enough.
I have been going on a site called telehack.nl which is a self contained environment where you can try and hack into virtual systems. It is all realistic for the 1980's. Fun game. I managed to break into one but I have to figure out how to make myself root. There is also a chatroom and archived BBS systems (seen here) with old posts about all sorts. I even found another furry on there.

I can only connect to port 23 with the bridge software I have (runs on a modern PC to emulate a serial modem) But still, pretty fun to see this old a500 can still work on the modern telnet.

I'll try and find a telnet site that has up to date news.
