I did this in Art class back in my Freshman year. I thought it was pretty cool =3
Basically I just colored as HARD as I could with a bunch of different colored crayons, and then I covered it all up with a black crayon, still coloring SUPER HARD!! Then I took a little scrapey tool and scratched in the dragon. Cool, eh? =D
