In the  PokeCombatAcademy, a discussion came up in reguards to the wonders of a flying Pikachu, and I decided - I will do everything I can to make a flying pikachu that would fit in the rules of the PCA. And I succeeded in designing not just one - but two that fit. The first is Aerial Thundercloud - a pikachu who's got a Togekiss as one of her parents. My friend  rikmach wound up claiming this morph when I came up with another.

Disclaimer - I wouldn't suggest making pokemon with weird powers like this if you can help it - it's extremely difficult, and you have to make one hell of a backstory to make it work. Also, it can tend to greatly irritate the great and powerful leaders of said  PokeCombatAcademy. So do so at your own risk. And beware the Head Bities.
