Depends on whether you want to watch them chronologically from when they were made, or timelinewise.

If timeline-wise, start with Enterprise, then The Original Series (if you want to, I haven't seen original series yet, since it's so old and campy), then The Next Generation, then Deep Space 9, then Voyager. There's a few movies sprinkled in there, but wikipedia can tell you where they land on the timeline if you want to watch them. Deep Space 9 actually starts sometime within the last couple seasons of TNG, and Voyager starts within the last couple seasons of DS9.

Creationwise, it's basically the same, except The Original Series comes first, then Next Gen, DS9, Voyager, and Enterprise was the most recently made.
