Arcee was born of his dreams, a perfect replica of the real Arceus, though molded into his desires. The self-proclaimed Creator/Fertility Goddess is a motherly figure to all, soft-spoken, benevolent, and caring for all of Her 'children', The All-Mother loves nothing more than her children... And making more of them.
