A limited run of skull blanks I will be offering(only going to make 10 and do them in various finishes). Refer to individual posts as they come up for purchase information.

Edit: The lower canines aren't affixed in these photos yet(I had to mould them seperately). It's not meant to be any specific species, just a demon or a monster. :3

If there was a way of making a back skull piece so it looks like one whole skull so you don't need a cowl over it that would be so cool.....

There's no way to universally size it like that, and pulling a full skull from a mould would be ridiculously hard and expensive :/

You could make it out of felt then airbrush it to add tone and texture, then it would be less heavy and Easter to get on, and a LOT cheaper.

Nah man, people are bitching that DVCs new skull is 180 and all about how thats "Way too much"(even tho its 2 seperate moulds to make the one blank cause upper+bottom jaws). If it goes well I might offer them in consistant supply but I think the mould will go out before then, its a pretty heavy duty cast.

Aaagh I just bought a skull blank.

But this. This is monstrously awesome. (Sorry form the pun.) I will totally be trying to get one when they come up for sale. The teeth on this are just killer. Super cool shape and really cool teeth.

<3 Thanks, yeah I tried to make a stylized skull that looked scary, real skulls aren't that scary so I wanted to distend the proportions a bit to make it look MORE skeletal if that makes sense, haha. Higher zygomatic arches n' shit :3

I dont know if I'll be offering them as just blanks(They take a bit of work to finish) but I might offer pre-started headkids of the blank finished up with eyes and detailing(I want to do one in black with silicone drippies and moss, for example). They will probably be $300 as they are signifigantly larger than the DVC masks(I'll do weight and length stats when I post ones up for sale).

$300 is pretty reasonable, but I like making my own masks a lot more then buying pre-mades and truly hope you'd consider having blanks available (or kits that aren't put together yet) I wouldn't even mind still paying the $300, I just like making things on my own :)
